Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By using Telangana Care services, you agree to these terms. Our services are available to residents of Telangana state.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings can be made through our website, app, or phone
• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled time
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of ₹100

3. Service Guarantee

All services come with a 30-day guarantee on labor. Issues related to our work will be resolved at no additional cost within this period.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion
• We accept cash, UPI, cards, and net banking
• Prices quoted are final unless scope of work changes

5. Liability

Telangana Care is liable only for damages directly caused by our technicians during service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages caused by third-party materials.
