We Pick Someone We Know
A person reads your request and matches it with a provider we have worked with. We send you their name and number before they come, so you can let them in at the gate.
Free Home Visit
They come at a time that suits you and inspect the work in person. There is no visit charge and nothing to pay up front.
Your Written Quote
You get an itemised quote with labour and materials listed separately. No obligation — if it does not suit you, just say no.
Agree the Price, Then the Work
The price is settled face to face before anything starts. If the job turns out bigger once it is opened up, they stop and agree the change with you first.
Pay the Provider Directly
Once the work is done and you are happy with it, pay them by UPI or cash. They stand behind their workmanship for 30 days.
What's free, and what you pay for
The provider's trip to your home, the inspection, and an itemised written quote. No charge, no deposit, and no obligation to go ahead.
At the price you agreed with the provider, paid directly to them once the job is done. You pay nothing to Savlath.
What “free” covers: one visit and a written quote for a job you have described to us, within Sainikpuri, Jawahar Nagar and Balaji Nagar. If anything would ever cost you money, we will tell you before anyone comes.
What we haven't figured out yet
Savlath is new and small. These are real gaps, not features we are about to announce — you should know about them before you book.
- We find out a job finished because someone tells us
- There is no tracking system. After a visit we message you to ask how it went — whether the work got done, what it cost, and whether you are happy with it. If you do not reply, we genuinely do not know. We are still working out how to follow up without making it a chore for you.
- The work payment never passes through us
- You pay the provider directly, which keeps things simple — no deposit, no app, no middleman holding your money. The trade-off is that we cannot hold money in escrow, cannot refund the work itself, and have no automatic record of what you paid. If a price dispute comes up we can mediate, but we cannot enforce an outcome.
- The 30-day guarantee is the provider's, not ours
- We record each provider's 30-day workmanship commitment in writing when we introduce you, and a provider who does not honour it stops getting work from us. But we are too small to pay for rework ourselves, so we are not going to pretend it is a Savlath-backed warranty.
- There are no public ratings or provider profiles yet
- We are starting with a small group of tradespeople we know personally, so star ratings would be noise. For now we tell you who is coming, what they have done for us before, and why we picked them for your job. Ask us anything about them before they come.
