They come to your home, inspect the work, and give you a written quote for free. If you agree to it, they do the job and you pay them directly once it is done. You pay nothing to Savlath.

Yes. There is no visit charge, no deposit, and no obligation to go ahead. "Free" covers one visit and a written quote for a job you have described to us, within Sainikpuri, Jawahar Nagar and Balaji Nagar. If anything would ever cost you money, we will tell you before anyone comes to your home — never after.

No. The quote is yours to keep. Compare it, think it over, or decide against it — there is no charge and no pressure either way.

If you already have a tradesperson you trust, call them. Savlath is useful when you do not, when your usual person is unavailable, or when you would rather have someone we have worked with and can vouch for — and a person to call if something goes wrong.

Local tradespeople we know personally and have worked with before. We are a new business, so we are deliberately starting small with people we trust rather than signing up strangers. We check their ID, and before every visit we tell you who is coming and send you their name and phone number.

Before the visit we send you the provider's name and phone number, so you can pre-approve them with your security desk or gate app. If your society has rules about work hours, noise or using the lift for materials, mention them when you book and we will pass them on.

Between you and the provider, in person, before any work starts. The quote lists labour and materials separately so you can see where the money goes. If the job turns out bigger once it is opened up, they stop and agree the change with you first. If a quote ever seems higher than you would expect, tell us.

Directly to the provider, by UPI or cash, once the work is done and you are satisfied. For larger jobs that need materials bought up front, any advance should be written into the quote before you agree to it. You pay nothing to Savlath.

Message us and we will arrange someone else as quickly as we can. A provider who misses visits stops getting jobs from us. This is a small operation, so you are messaging a person who can actually sort it out, not a ticket queue.

Because we ask. After a visit we message you to find out whether the work got done, what it cost, and whether you are happy with it. There is no tracking system, so if you do not reply we genuinely do not know. If you tell us what happened, good or bad, it genuinely helps.

Each provider commits to standing behind their workmanship for 30 days, and we record that in writing. If the same problem comes back, message us and we will get them back to you — and a provider who ignores that commitment stops receiving work from us. To be straight with you: we are too small to pay for rework ourselves, so this is the provider's guarantee that we help you enforce, not a Savlath-funded warranty.

Right now just Sainikpuri, Jawahar Nagar and Balaji Nagar in Hyderabad. That is deliberate: a small area means a provider can reach you quickly and we can follow up on every job personally. If you are nearby, message us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help yet.

Yes, at no charge. Just message us on WhatsApp — ideally a couple of hours before the visit, so the provider is not already on the way.

No, and not for a while. Everything runs over WhatsApp and phone with a real person on the other end. An app would let us handle more jobs, but it would not make the matching any better — and at our size, being able to call you back matters more.
