When you ask for a visit or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, address or locality, email if you give one, a description of the job, your preferred visit time, and any photos or messages you send us on WhatsApp or by phone.
2. How Your Request Reaches Us
Our website does not keep a database. When you use the booking or contact form, it opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and your request reaches us only when you send that message. While you are filling in a form, an unsent draft is saved in your own browser so you don't lose your progress; it is removed when you send, and we cannot see it.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To match your job with a provider and arrange the visit
- To follow up after a visit — whether the work was done, what it cost, and whether you are happy
- To send you updates or offers, only if you have agreed to receive them
4. Who We Share It With
We share your name, phone number, address, job details and any photos with the provider we send, because they need them to visit you. We share them with nobody else, and we never sell your information. WhatsApp is run by Meta, so messages you send us there are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
5. Keeping It Safe
We use your details only to arrange and follow up your jobs, and only the small team that handles bookings can see them.
